Jogging is one of a good exercise when you feel your body not feeling well. Jogging also will help you guys to reduce your weight and make your body become healthy. As we can see that if we all early in the morning and in the evening we will see majorities of it is Chinese who will walk at the park. They always think about their health.
We must take care of our body to avoid from any disease. Actually, it is easy to take care our health but sometimes our people lazy to do that. What they know is eat, sleep that's it. The easy way is every morning after doing pray for muslim do not continue sleep but go outside and take a fresh air and do small exercise like move your hand and leg
Exercise have many ways. If you are to lazy to run at the park you can buy a skipping or you can play badminton, football, hockey and many more. I hope you all will stay healthy. :)
